Berkeley, California
On Friday I flew into San Francisco to go to GDC next week. I have a friend who is studying in Berkeley, which is 30 minute Bay Area Rapid Transit ride away from San Fran, so I am staying with him while I'm here. The last 2 days I've idled away wandering around the UC Berkeley campus and the surroundings. It's an incredibly beautiful campus, although I'm probably a little biased since the weather has been awesome here - sunny and warm. Still, the campus is large and full of green space. I bought a book and have been sitting on the grass reading and watching frisbee players in the background. It's been a nice relaxing break.I'm looking forward to start of the conference tomorrow. I'm also looking forward to finally getting back home. This is definitely the longest I have travelled for, having left on January 3rd and getting back on March 12th!
