Home sweet home

Dear Montreal,
I'm back. Hurray. Unfortunately United Airlines lost my luggage. At least it happened on my last flight and not in the middle. Still, they suck because of it. I have a bunch of photos that I'm going to try and post in the next few days.

Dear Dustin,

On behalf of United Airlines I would like to respond to your comments concerning our 'sucking'. Managing an airline involves a tremendous amount of work, time and people management, and coordination. Yes, unfortunately, slip-ups do occur. But I believe overall United Airlines provides a safe, hassle-free travel experience that does not 'suck'.

Dear United 'suckfest' Airlines,

I'll cut you a little bit of slack since you delivered my bag to my apartment yesterday. That was a nice touch. Your excuses are pretty shitty though. An airline should be able to get people and bags to where they are going. I don't give a rats ass about your management issues.

PS: Eat a bag of bankrupt.
