Dear Dustin, On behalf of United Airlines I would like to respond to your comments concerning our 'sucking'. Managing an airline involves a tremendous amount of work, time and people management, and coordination. Yes, unfortunately, slip-ups do occur. But I believe overall United Airlines provides a safe, hassle-free travel experience that does not 'suck'. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Sincerely, Ewan Knight p.s. That was a nice touch. Your excuses are pretty shitty though. An airline should be able to get people and bags to where they are going. I don't give a rats ass about your management issues.
