Thank-you for your letter. It is important in the democratic process that people such as you take the time to ask questions about their political options.
In reply to your question, it has been discussed by our Policy and Communication Committee and decided that your question is not as such a question on policy, and therefore we shall be unable to answer it. It has been suggested that it is a question of abstract philosophy, and that you may wish to consult a university professor, or alternatively, consult Aristotle's "Metaphysics" or Descarte's "Meditations on First Philosophy."
We appreciate your interest in a sovereign Quebec, including Ontario.
