I think that's their roommate, sucked into his video game--this was filmed in a dormroom, after all. And they probably didn't record with sound, but added it in later. So they could play it however quiet they wanted, just enough to follow along.

Apparently they got a commercial deal with a Chinese cellphone company as a result of all these, which is probably paying them just enough to cover the coke. And yeah, the guy in back is hot, but in a cocky jock kind of way. Chinese Gil is my favorite of the two!
