Adelaide woman delivers surprise baby
An Adelaide couple says they are making some dramatic changes to their lifestyle after the surprise birth of their son.

Twenty-seven-year-old Caroline Hounsell had no idea she was pregnant until four hours before she gave birth.

Ms Hounsell went to hospital on Wednesday morning complaining of bloating and cramps.

She was told she was pregnant, and by dinner time she had a son.

She says for nine months she had no idea.

"There're probably things that I did in the pregnancy that you're really not supposed to do," she said.

Her partner Dennis Ross says the reality of being a father has greatly changed him already.

"I have quietened down a lot, I used to be a bit of a ratbag, I think every little bit of that has gone out of the window," he said.

They say they are now going to have to try to make up the nine months worth of preparations they missed out on.
