How does that prove it's the virgin mary? If you subtract the month number from the all three numbers (and why wouldn't you do all three, the holy trinity, hello!), you get 25 for the day, 0 for the month, and 2001 for the year. 0 is another way of writing midnight, or -12-, and if you add the digits of 2001 together you get 3, subtracting 3 again you're left with 25-12-0.
