Comedy Question
Woody Allen: comedic genius or overrated loser?(This is of course without regard to the past 10 or 15 years, which I'm sure we all agree have been shite.)
Personally I was dissapointed with Annie Hall, cried with laughter at Everything You ever wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask, and cried with boredom at What's Up Tiger Lily. My theory is that his good stuff was just so absorbed and built upon that it seems unoriginal and tame and lame, but what do y'all think?
