Chris dye! did you tell us the truth?!!!

So I was on http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99996392 and was reading an article on TB until I came across this passage: "But Chris Dye, co-ordinator of the tuberculosis monitoring and evaluation team at the WHO, stresses that .....". So Chris is this like your night job or something or you got multiple clones of yourself running around and making the world a better place?
