Explosions for everybody

Tis such a nice feeling when a tricksy problem gets solved. The networked version is Lux is now in now solidly in the beta stage. It can be played with everyone seeing troop movements, the currently selected country and explosions.

Mainly what's left to do is setting up and tearing down the connections nicely. Then some spit and polish and the mechafun will begin.
