So, it turns out Longueuil is a Barony. The absentee Baron lives in Scotland and has a Baronial manor somewhere.

A few click-thrus and I get to Rachel Grant, daughter of the current Baron. Or as Wikipedia tells me, "Her British father, a retired doctor, hypnotist and nobleman..."
