Paul Martin's paper doll

A wiser and more worldly Flat Mark was escorted back to its Toronto Public School today by Prime Minister Paul Martin, after a two-month education on politics in Canada.

Fenside Public School sent the 35-centimetre tall paper doll to the Prime Minister's Office to witness the legislative process first-hand. Martin took the doll everywhere.

"Flat Mark did come to the swearing in, Flat Mark did meet the governor general, Flat Mark did sit through the entire transition time," Martin said. "In fact, every time I turned around, there was Flat Mark."
