Alright here's the deal:
Ok, I saw Hero this weekend
With 4 people. The reviews are in (paraphrased by me):
Me: Loved it! Stunning visuals. A tad long at times, but such feelings were passing. This movie is poetry on film.
N: Good. Very beautiful. The action was well done. Also, sometimes slow.
K: Ok. Looks very nice, but the plot is too rudimentary. Some scenes made me want to say, "ok. You're dying. I get it. Stop that woman from crying already."
P: I hated it! I hate wirework tricks. I am a poopie head.
So, I guess its up to you, the viewer at home to decide. I, for one, would see it again. But, that's just my bias.
