Interesting Maps

In addition to a rather shocking map care of alice I found a map of the new north america.

I would like to see the following:
Take county populations and divide them into 5K segments (0-5K ppl, 5-10K ppl, 10-15K ppl, etc.) For each of those bins, I'd like to see the percentage of the vote that went to Bush. So x-axis= county populations, y-axis= percent support of Bush.
