pre-WWDC stuffsThe time has come for me to start looking for a real job. Not that I really have an urgent desire to start working, but I will be at WWDC next week and it's a golden opportunity to find something cool. So I have updated my resume to reflect the new realities. Criticisms (and witticisms) are welcome.
I am in the process of making a website for my mother. It's a bit of a grueling process, but I promised it would be done and so it shall. She's in town wednesday and thursday and we're going to try and put it to rest. There'll be a link once it's done.
I put together "A Double Date ... With Death - The Making Of" today. It's über cool. It's also longer then the actual movie itself. I checked and the domain TeamPsychicConnection.com (which is the name of the production company) is available. I may register it just for fun. It would be cool to be able to host some movies. It could happen, so look out.I leave early friday morning. My to-do list before I go away: - Finish mom's website
- Finalize my resume and print out a bunch
- Send my resume to Google
- Send my resume to Rob from Improv
- Copy the CDs that Josh lent me
- Pick up my photos from the developers (Provigo)
- Plan out what sessions I want to go to at WWDC.
- Have a screening of "A Double Date". Although I think that this may have to wait until I get back.
3 comments I was always told that resumes should give a lot of information at a glance. l would give all those paragraphs Headers and Dates. E.g.:
(aligned left) November 2001-Present (Space) Lux: Creator and Coder
(indent, or bullet list)Lux is a turn based world domination game... IMHO of course. Also, register the name! It would be pretty cool. Of course, all we'd be able to say on the site is "we made movies that you can't see". | |
