Today I started looking for a job. There were 2 that I applied for that were really cool, plus some filler. If anyone has need of a programmer (or knows someone that does), I am in the market. I took a walk over to the mcgill computer labs, where fine high speed internet access abounds, to jobsearch on the net. This is where I am now. My at home internet access is in a sorry state of affairs at the moment. This is a double edged sword. It means less time posting here and surfing, but I manage to get way more work done. Lux 3 will hopefully go out this weekend or shortly after.I have decided that my first choice for a job is actually the city of Montreal. It's a kick-ass city and I know the people and places. I don't really want to start all over someplace else. Previously I did make a vow that I wouldn't spend another winter in montreal, but I suppose that sometimes vows must be broken.
There is also the previously unrecorded news that I have bought a digital camcorder. This means that everything is set up to start a little movie production organization. There are positions available for all who seeketh them. Along with the ample supply of student labor I think a lot can be done.
