I believe it's the latter, what with the idiosyncratic head-bobbing to the world's most repetitive song and all (plus the 1,000+ Youtube spoofs). I hope he can take the fame better than the Star Wars kid, although it doesn't look promising considering that his starting point is disliking free droplets of chocolate falling from the sky.
