Hmmm. That's difficult to answer. I didn't really meet too many Texans while I was down there! I spent most of my time with my family (not Texan) and the Americans I did meet were usually from out of state.
The few people that I did meet, and spend some time with, from Texas did have pretty healthy accents. At fifty paces, you could still hear the Texas twang. I could understand them quite easily, however. | | |
