She's the ex-lead singer from the trip hop band Morcheeba. For those who know her and her ex bands music, and who also take delight in Blur's ex-frontman's project the Gorillaz will surely enjoy her cover of their song Feel Good Inc.
I don't know if it's considered a good thing, but she totally turned the song into a Morcheeba sounding song - and I like it.
I've had a lot of time on my hands recently, so I decided to check out the Gorillaz website. You basically explore the Gorillaz lair. You can pick up items and use them on various things in the building and play games, and do all sorts of things. Its pretty cool. Also, check out this video for El Manana if you haven't already.
