Battle of Wits #3

Congratulations to Sean, who wins last week's much more vivacious Battle of Wits, for answering :
Q:I spy with my little eye something that is misplaced. What is it?
A: Your big eye.
[ed: thanks Mariana for the correction]Sean therefore wins ale.

This Week's Battle:

Come up with a rhyming couplet that helps remind you of something unnecessary to be reminded about.
Weak examples:

-Count to three, then count one more,
if you want to count to four.
-In order to see the moon,
Avoid all eye-gouging racoons.

PRIZE: The winner receives exotic fruit.

You have until December 31, 23:59:59.

Sean's response was, in fact, "Your big eye".

When life is sad, we tend towards weeping
If dirt is about, it's time for sweeping
Late at night, as time is creeping
Don't forget, lie down when sleeping

When bar school is over and done
There is nothing left to do but pun.

Unecessary to be reminded about it.

Dear kind judge,
Please accept my first submission as official.
You're nice.

If your baby has begun to teethe,
Remember that children need to breathe.

Grip the child hard by the collar,
Squeeze it tight and get a dollar.

OR MORE!

There's an important trick to the rhyming game:
The ends of both lines should sound the same.

(i can't believe i won the last; many thanks, chris dye, and a happy holidays to all!)
